Thank you for your interest in RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner. Developed by an ophthalmologist, RevitaLash® is a cosmetic eyelash conditioner that combines a unique set of functional cosmetic ingredients to enhance the attractiveness and beauty of your natural eyelashes.

The functional cosmetic ingredients in RevitaLash® are intended solely to beautify and enhance the appearance of your natural eyelashes.

Possible Allergic Reaction
First, please be sure you are using RevitaLash® as directed on the package insert. Remember: only a small quantity of RevitaLash® is needed to enhance the beauty of your natural eyelashes.

RevitaLash® has been shown to be safe to the skin in multiple tests conducted by an independent research laboratory. In the tests, no symptoms of skin sensitization (contact allergy) were observed in the human test subjects. However, as with any cosmetic product, some individuals may be allergic to one or more components of the product. If you know that you are allergic to any of the ingredients in RevitaLash®, or if you suspect that you may be allergic to any of the ingredients, do NOT use RevitaLash®. If you suspect that you may have had or are having an allergic reaction, stop using the product and consult a physician immediately.

Some RevitaLash® users have reported a mild irritation at the base of the eyelashes. If you experience such irritation, either reduce or discontinue the use of RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner until the irritation goes away. If the irritation persists, discontinue use completely and consult your physician.

Use of RevitaLash® By People With Cataracts
Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash® does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes. Even if a small amount of RevitaLash® did get into your eye, all of the ingredients in RevitaLash® have an excellent safety profile. However, as a precaution, if you have cataracts or are concerned about developing cataracts, we advise you to consult with your physician or ophthalmologist.

Use After Cataract Surgery
Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash® does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes. Even if a small amount of RevitaLash® did get into your eye, all of the ingredients in RevitaLash® have an excellent safety profile. However, as a precaution, if you have had cataract surgery, we advise you to consult with your ophthalmologist prior to using RevitaLash®.

Dry Eye & Lasik Surgery
Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash® does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes. Even if a small amount of RevitaLash® did get into your eye, all of the ingredients in RevitaLash® have an excellent safety profile. However, if you have had LASIK surgery or if you use artificial tear drops for dry eyes, as a precaution, we advise you to consult with your ophthalmologist prior to using RevitaLash®.

Use By People With Glaucoma
Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash® does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have a physiological effect on your eyes or interfere with the effect of your glaucoma medication. Even if a small amount of RevitaLash® did get into your eye, all of the ingredients in RevitaLash® have an excellent safety profile. However, if you have glaucoma or if you use glaucoma medication, as a precaution, we advise you to consult with your ophthalmologist prior to using RevitaLash®.

Changes in Eye Pressure
Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash® does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have a physiological effect on your eyes, including the intraocular pressure (IOP). In fact, tests conducted by an independent research laboratory, under the supervision of a board certified ophthalmologist, showed that daily use of RevitaLash® had no effect on IOP. However, as a precaution, if you have concerns, we advise you to consult with your physician or ophthalmologist.

Discoloration around the Eye
Some RevitaLash® users have reported a mild darkening of the skin at the base of the eyelashes. If you notice such discoloration and it bothers you, please discontinue use of RevitaLash®.

Discoloration of the Eye (Iris)
Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash® does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes, including the color of your eyes i.e. the iris. However, as a precaution, if you have concerns, we advise you to consult with your physician or ophthalmologist.

Breast Feeding and Pregnancy
The safety of RevitaLash® has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash® has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. However, none of the study subjects were pregnant or breast feeding. Therefore, while we have no scientific reason to believe that RevitaLash® poses a safety risk to women who are pregnant or breast feeding, as a precaution, we advise that you not use RevitaLash® if you are pregnant or breast-feeding without first consulting your physician.

Chemotherapy
The safety of RevitaLash® has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash® has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. However, none of the study subjects were undergoing chemotherapy. While we have no scientific reason to believe that RevitaLash® poses a safety risk to individuals who are undergoing chemotherapy, it is advisable for any person undergoing chemotherapy to consult their physician before using any new product. Therefore, as a precaution, we recommend that you consult with your physician before using RevitaLash® if you are undergoing chemotherapy.

If Revitalash® Gets Into Your Eye
Because RevitaLash® is used around the eyes, we have taken care to formulate our product with ingredients that have excellent safety profiles. In addition, our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash® does not get into the eyes and, therefore, should not have a physiological effect on your eyes.

If a small quantity of RevitaLash® accidentally gets into your eye, it will usually be washed away by your tear film; however, if you are concerned or experience any irritation, we recommend that you lightly splash a little tap water in the eye in order to dilute and rinse away the RevitaLash®.

As a helpful reminder, we recommend that you be careful not to over-saturate the RevitaLash® application brush. Remember that you only need to apply a small quantity of RevitaLash® daily to enhance the beauty of your natural eyelashes.

If for some reason you do not have this box, the ingredients are as follows: Water, Sodium Chloride, Panthenol, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Disodium Phosphate, Trifluoromethyl Dechloro Ethylprostenolamide, Cellulose Gum.

Ingredients RevitaLash® does NOT contain:

Changes to the RevitaLash® formula
The formula for RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner is composed of several different functional cosmetic ingredients, all in specific proportions, and all of which together contribute to the appearance of more beautiful, natural eye lashes. All of the ingredients in RevitaLash® have been tested and have excellent safety profiles.

Periodically, we may make changes to the formula in order to improve its eyelash beautification function. Our current formula has been in the market since November of 2007, and it is the only RevitaLash® formula that we currently sell.

All of the ingredients in RevitaLash® are listed on the box. Please see your RevitaLash® box for a complete list of ingredients. If for some reason you do not have this box, the ingredients are as follows: Water, Sodium Chloride, Panthenol, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Disodium Phosphate, Trifluoromethyl Dechloro Ethylprostenolamide, Cellulose Gum.

Wearing Mascara after applying Revitalash®
When used as directed, RevitaLash® should not interfere with mascara use. However, if you use multiple cosmetic eye products, it is important to thoroughly clean your skin to avoid clogged pores that can cause irritation.

Permanent Make Up and RevitaLash®
RevitaLash® should not affect your permanent eyeliner.

If you have just recently finished getting your permanent make up application, please make sure the tattooing has completely healed and consult with your tattoo consultant or physician prior to using RevitaLash®.

Contact Lenses
Our tests have shown that, when used as directed, RevitaLash® does not get into the eyes. Therefore, RevitaLash® is safe for use with contact lenses.

False Eyelashes
When used as directed, RevitaLash® is safe for use with eyelash extensions.

Eyelashes Falling out
RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner is a cosmetic. RevitaLash® is intended only to improve the appearance and enhance the beauty of your natural eyelashes. RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner is NOT a treatment for any medical condition. If you have a medical condition in which your eyelashes fall out, consult with your physician and/or ophthalmologist.

Alopecia Areata
RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner is a cosmetic. RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner is NOT a treatment for any medical condition. If you have a medical condition, such as Alopecia, consult with your physician and/or dermatologist.

Blepharitis (or any other eye “condition”)
RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner is a cosmetic. It’s sole purpose is to enhance the beauty and appearance of your natural eyelashes. RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner is NOT a treatment for any medical condition. If you have blepharitis, or any other medical eye condition, consult with your physician or ophthalmologist and do NOT use RevitaLash®.

Trichotillomania (compulsively pulling eyelashes out)

Is RevitaLash® a treatment for loss of eyelashes?

Can RevitaLash® be used to treat hypotrichosis?

Continued Usage “How long do I have to use RevitaLash®?”
With your first bottle of RevitaLash®, we are confident you will reach your goal of having more beautiful, natural eyelashes. In order to maintain the natural beauty of your eyelashes, we recommend that you continue to use RevitaLash® 2 or 3 times per week.

Results vary by individual and can take 3 – 10 weeks before you see improved beautification and attractiveness of your NATURAL eyelashes.

Length of use for one tube
Used as directed, one tube of RevitaLash® usually lasts approximately 6 months.

Use in the morning
We recommend using RevitaLash® in the evening, after you have removed your eye makeup. However, if you apply RevitaLash® in the morning, please follow the instructions on the package insert and allow at least 5 minutes before applying your daily facial products. When used as directed, RevitaLash® should not interfere with mascara use.

As a helpful reminder, we recommend that you be careful not to over-saturate the RevitaLash® application brush. Remember that you only need to apply a small quantity of RevitaLash® daily to achieve beautiful looking eyelashes.

Use on Eyebrows
We have had many reports from our current customers that RevitaLash®, when applied to the eyebrows, also helps improve the appearance and beauty of your eyebrows.

Use on Children
As a precaution, because RevitaLash® has not yet been safety tested for children under 18 years of age, we recommend that RevitaLash® not be used by children under the age of 18.

What if I discontinue use of RevitaLash®?
With your first bottle of RevitaLash®, we are confident you will reach your goal of having more beautiful, natural eyelashes. In order to maintain the natural beauty of your eyelashes, we recommend that you continue to use RevitaLash® at least 2 or 3 times per week. If you discontinue use of RevitaLash® Eyelash Conditioner, your eyelashes will gradually return to their original appearance.

Is RevitaLash® safe to use on lower lashes?
RevitaLash® is safe for use on both the upper and lower eyelashes. However, if you use RevitaLash® on your lower eyelashes, we recommend that you be careful not to over-saturate the RevitaLash® application brush. Remember that you only need to apply a small quantity of RevitaLash® daily to enhance the beauty of your natural eyelashes.
