International Customers

You can choose between two delivery methods:


1. The United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Priority Mail: Your order will be delivered through your local postal service. Tracking is limited to drop-off and delivery dates only.


2. FedEx International Priority: The parcel is delivered by FedEx with full tracking.


The delivery time and cost for both services are indicated in the shopping cart during check-out. Please note that the delivery time frames for both services are indications only. The actual delivery time depends on the speed of your local postal services (if the delivery method is USPS) and varies from country to country. Delays may occur if parcels are held up for inspection by local custom offices. USPS Global Priority Mail and FedEx International Priority Mail typically take about 2-5 business days to arrive, but can take up to 3 weeks. If your package is stopped by customs, we can't guarantee how long it takes for them to notify you of its arrival. International shipping cost for your package is determined by the size and weight of the products that you are purchasing and destination country. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to view your shipping charges before the order is finalized.


Duties and taxes are due upon receipt of an international order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local authorities to see if you will have to pay customs, tariffs, or any other types of import fee. The majority of packages that we ship overseas will not be subject to any additional taxes, but occasionally customs may stop a package and ask that a fee be paid. We have no way of knowing what the policy is for each country.


FAILED DELIVERIES


Please double check your delivery address and phone number at Checkout.


If the buyer has entered a wrong delivery address, changed his mind about an order, or failed to pick up the parcel (therefore causing it to be returned to Skin-Etc), all costs involved in the return or re-sending of the order will be the responsibility of the buyer.


If an order could not be delivered because the buyer has entered an incomplete/incorrect delivery address during checkout, the cost of a second delivery will be charged to the buyer.


If an order can't be delivered because no one is present at the delivery address at the time, the postal service or courier company will either call you or leave a notification asking you to contact them to schedule a re-delivery, or to pick up your parcel at your local post office or the courier's station. If the buyer fails to respond/take action the parcel will be returned to Skin-Etc. The cost of a second delivery will be charged to the buyer.


If you are shipping a gift, please let someone know a package will be coming so it will not be refused.


If a package is returned to us the customer will be billed for the shipment and the return shipment.


NOTE:
The following product lines are not allowed to ship outside the United States:
  • Cyspera
  • Cellex-C
  • Epionce
  • Jan Marini
  • La Roche-Posay
  • Obagi

With no exception will these product lines be shipped to an international address. Your order for these products will be cancelled upon receipt. If, by mistake, your order containing these products is shipped, please be advised that all warranty is voided.


CLAIM REQUIREMENTS


To file for a loss, there is a 30-day waiting period for all international parcels. A signed letter is required after the waiting period or your claim won't be processed. No emails will be accepted.


Damages can be filed immediately. Proof of damage is required. Please obtain photos of the damage or have the package sent back for investigation.
