International Customers

• DHL Express Worldwide: DHL is our preferred international carrier for reliable, fully tracked delivery.
• USPS Priority Mail International: Your order will be delivered through your local postal service. Tracking is limited to drop-off and delivery dates only.

• Carrier responsibility: Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier (USPS or DHL) is responsible for its delivery.
• Order confirmation & tracking: Please double-check that you provided the correct email address during checkout, as this is where we'll send your order confirmation and tracking information.
• Manage your delivery: Please create an account with the carrier to manage your package delivery.

• Estimated delivery times and costs are shown in the shopping bag during checkout. Please note these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
• DHL Express Worldwide typically takes 2-5 business days, while USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days. However, delays due to customs are possible.
• We cannot guarantee delivery times for packages held up by customs.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

• Missing or damaged packages: Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
• Incorrect address: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or unavailability to receive it, you will be responsible for any associated customs or return shipping fees.
• Cancellation & refund: In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be canceled upon its return to SkinEtc, and a refund will be issued minus any applicable fees.
• Ensure availability: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package to avoid these issues.
