Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your SkinEtc order. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Products must be unused or at least 3/4 full and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • A valid RMA# is required for all returns (see below).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must not be listed as non-returnable (see below).

Please Note: SkinEtc reserves the right to refuse any return. Packages that do not meet all eligibility requirements will be disposed of and will NOT be returned to the sender. These returns will also be ineligible for credit.

How to Return an Item
  1. Request an RMA#: Email our team at customer.service@skin-etc.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Confirmation: If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Include the product(s) and a copy of your invoice in the package. Attach the return label securely to the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Drop the package at any USPS location before the return label expires. If a label expires, a new one must be requested within the 30-day return window.
  5. Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days after delivery to our facility for your return to be processed.
Return Costs
  • Return Shipping: A flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.
Refunds
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refund Amount: Purchase price of returned items minus return shipping ($8) and restocking fee (10%).
  • Gifts with Purchase: If a gift with purchase is not returned in its original condition (or is ineligible for return), its retail value will be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gifts with purchase
  • Supplements
  • Jewelry
  • Makeup
Damaged or Defective Items
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for a no-cost replacement.
  • Defective items: Must also be reported within 3 business days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
  • All replacements require the return of the original item. A prepaid label will be provided.
  • If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, the item must still be returned and will be subject to the standard return terms above.
Cancellations

To cancel an unshipped order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Credit Card Orders: Your card is charged only when the order ships. Orders canceled before shipment will not be charged.
  • PayPal Orders: Your account is charged immediately. Orders canceled before shipment will be refunded in full to your PayPal account.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

International orders

All international sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns for orders shipped outside of the United States.
