We can ship your package to virtually any address in the world. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments, both Domestic and International. There is a $5 shipping fee for all shipments inside the United States for as many items as you wish to order via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If UPS Ground is selected, the fee is $7 per order. All orders $50.00 and over ship for free.
We can also ship to Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses as well for the same cost using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Most priority
mail packages generally take about 2-3 business days to arrive at locations inside the United States. Packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico and some small or rural towns may take a few more days to arrive. For packages being shipped to APO/FPO addresses, please check with your local post
office to find out what the delivery time will be from the state of Texas, USA. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when your order is
USPS orders experience a range of delivery times. Most orders are delivered quickly but USPS delivery time depends on distance and internal USPS factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. However, USPS delivery can take as long as 14 days, regardless of destination. If your order has not arrived 14 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your order will be shipped to the address that was given. If the package is returned to us because of wrong or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for another shipping fee to have the order shipped again. Otherwise, the order is treated as a return and the 10% processing fee applies.

If you need to have your package delivered quicker, you may choose Express Mail for overnight shipping. Some destinations in the United States do not qualify for overnight shipping and will arrive in 2 days by Express Mail. A signature is required at time of delivery unless shipping instructions are provided with your order. "Please leave package at door." is a typical shipping instruction. Delivery may be delayed if no one is available to sign for a package. We are not responsible for a lost package if signature is waived.
Express delivery fees are NOT refundable.
Continental US orders placed before 2:00 pm (CST) on weekdays on in-stocks items will ship the same day. Any order placed after 2:00 pm (CST) will ship
the following business day.
Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx for all international orders. USPS Global Express Mail and FedEx International Priority Mail typically take about 2-5 business days to arrive, but can take up to 3 weeks. If your package is stopped by customs, we can't guarantee how long it takes for them to notify you of its arrival. International shipping cost for your package is determined by the size and weight of the products that you are purchasing and destination country. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to view your shipping charges before the order is finalized.
Duties and taxes are due upon receipt of an international order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local authorities to see if you will have to pay customs, tariffs, or any other types of import fee. The majority of packages that we ship overseas will not be subject to any additional taxes, but occasionally customs may stop a package and ask that a fee be paid. We have no way of knowing what the policy is for each country.
If you are shipping a gift, please let someone know a package will be coming so it will not be refused. If a package is returned to us the customer will be billed for the shipment and the return shipment.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All products are normally in stock. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when backordered items are available. You will be notified of these changes to your order either by phone or email.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to Texas (6.25%). If you are shipping to any other destination, sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.
Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced with an identical product at no expense
to you. However, you MUST make these claims within 5 business days from receipt of products. Proof of damage is required. Please obtain photos of the damage or have the package sent back for investigation.
To file for a loss, claim must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. No exceptions.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
- If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase unless noted specifically on the individual product page.
- Electrical products come with a manufacturer's warranty that must be returned to them.
- Please contact us first either by email or by phone to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Under no circumstances will a return be accepted without an RMA#. This number must be clearly written on the
outside of the package.
- When returning the item(s), all parts, pieces, and printed materials must be in their original packaging accompanying your return.
- Please include the products along with a copy of your original order invoice and a brief reason for the return.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipment and will be charged a
10% processing fee.
- There will be NO refunds issued after 30 days from purchase date.

- Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
