Shortages or items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced with an identical product at no expense to you. However, you MUST contact us either by phone or email within 5 business days from receipt of orders. Damages must be filed with proof of damage. Please obtain photos of the damage or have the package sent back for investigation. Original packing slip is required on all claims.
To file for a loss, claim must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. No exceptions.
