Grooming Tips:
Soak hands first in a bowl of warm water to soften. Gently clean under and around nails using the buffed ends, then push back cuticles on each hand. Shape and seal nail edges to finish with the fine nickel abrader.

Adding milk or Epsom Salts to a bowl of warm water to soak hands in will help loosen dirt and dead skin, making cuticles easier to push and less likely to crack and develop hangnails or ragged edges. If you have stained nails, soak them in a mixture of lemon juice and peroxide to help remove discolorations — or try rubbing in a dab of ‘whitening’ tooth polish.
