ScarLight MD - 1 fl oz/30 ml

ScarLight MD is a fast-absorbing formulation that is clinically proven to lighten darkened skin discolorations, such as dark (brown) scars, freckles, under eye circles, blemishes, liver/age spots, melasma, as well as, post laser and birth control pigmentation. It works incredibly well on any skin type.

In some cases, the pigment cells (melanocytes), which are responsible for our skin coloration, are over-active after injury. This can result in a darkened scar. ScarLight MD is a unique formulation that combines multiple technologies for lightening skin discolorations and promoting younger looking skin.

If you have under-eye circles, age spots, liver spots, melasma, or any other brownish discolorations then Scarlight MD is a phenomenal treatment. This fast absorbing gel disappears into the skin in seconds leaving no surface residue. If you are using makeup, it will not interfere.

Using a good sunscreen is important if you are going to be outdoors because sun exposure will promote a recurrence of the discoloration, especially in the first few months.

If you have a scar that is both thickened and darkened, ScarLight MD can be used with ScarGuard MD Treatment Physician Formula. Apply ScarLight MD first. Makeup can be applied after ScarLight MD and ScarGuard MD Treatment Physician Formula dries, if desired.

Simply apply a small amount with brush twive daily. Rub in. Does not stick to or stain clothing. When applied prior to ScarGuard MD will not interfere with the adherence of the ScarGuard flexible film.

How ScarLight MD Works
ScarLight MD utilizes SL5 which combines multiple technologies into an easy-to-use solution:

• Hydroquinone works by reducing the amount of visible melanin in the skin.
• Retinoic, azeleic and kojic acids together with Vitamin C work to create a more youthful skin appearnace.

ScarLight MD:

• Adult: Brush a small amount twice daily. Rub in.
• Limit sun exposure and use a sunscreen, a sun blocking agent or protective clothing to cover bleached skin when using and after using this product in order ot prevent darkening from reoccuring.
• Discontinue if symptoms persist for more than 3 months.
• Children under 12 years of age, consult a doctor before use.

Using Scarguard MD® and ScarLight MD™ together
If you have an old scar that is both raised and darkened

• Apply ScarLight MD™ first as indicated above.
• Once ScarLight MD™ is absorbed you can then apply Scarguard MD®.
• You will need to remove film before reapplying further applications of ScarLight.
• If you have any difficulty removing the film use a piece of Scotch Tape to gently remove.
