Apply AFIRM™ daily at bedtime. Only a small amount is needed for your entire face. When possible, use your regular moisturizer in the morning. Whenever your skin feels especially dry, you can apply your regular moisturizer at bedtime but no sooner than 20 minutes after applying AFIRM™.
